Vampire Raider
The Vampire Raider is a fast, well armed transport aircraft that can deliver troops anywhere on the board. Once they have performed any transport duties, they make adequate tank hunters.
Revenant Titan
Revenant Titans are very fast for units of their size, and carry extremely powerful Pulse Lasers. However, they are vulnerable to massed fire, and should not get embroiled in lengthy firefights.
Wave Serpent
The Eldar Wave Serpent is one of the best transport units available to any army. It is fast, heavily armoured, and can ignore dangerous terrain. Wave Serpents can lead Guardians into an assault, using their ‘Skimmer’ ability to prevent enemy units from engaging in close combat with the fragile troops.
War Walker
Eldar War Walkers scout ahead of the army and can be used to deny territory to the enemy. They should be kept hidden or in cover at all times, as they are lightly armoured and usually belong to small, easily broken units.
Warp Spiders
Warp Spiders are extremely versatile assault orientated infantry capable of shredding formations of lower armoured troops before a shot is fired in return. A popular tactic is to emerge from Storm Serpent Webway gates and use their considerable assault range to hit unsupported or unprepared enemy targets.
Macharius
The Macharius Heavy Tank is an excellent all-rounder. Its Battle Cannon will cause heavy damage to both infantry and armour at long range, and Heavy Bolters and Twin Heavy Stubbers will mop up infantry that gets too close.
Valkyrie
The Imperial Guard Valkyrie is a transport aircraft with excellent all-round ability. Its Multi Laser and Heavy Bolter provide anti-infantry and anti-tank capability, and Rocket Pods are one-shot weapons that cause considerable disruption to enemy lines.
Sentinel
The Sentinel is a light scout walker that is useful for holding territory and slowing an oppenents advance. It is vulnerable to all types of fire, so should be kept in cover as much as possible.
Ragnarok Heavy Tank
he Ragnarok Heavy Tank poses a significant threat to both enemy infantry and armour. It is extremely adept at crossing rough terrain, and is able re-take any rough terrain tests.
