Wraithguard

Eldar Wraithguard carry significant short range punch, and they can destroy enemy heavy infantry and vehicles with ease. They are also very resilient, and can provide fragile Guardian formations with increased survivability.

Wild Riders

Eldar Wild Riders are exceptionally talented Jetbike riders with seemingly little regard for their own safety. They lead their fellow Jetbike riders into battle, and provide resiliance to the formation.

Warp Spiders

Warp Spiders are extremely versatile assault orientated infantry capable of shredding formations of lower armoured troops before a shot is fired in return. A popular tactic is to emerge from Storm Serpent Webway gates and use their considerable assault range to hit unsupported or unprepared enemy targets.

Swooping Hawks

Eldar Swooping Hawks can be held in reserve, then strike anywhere on the board when the battle is underway. This enables an Eldar player to bring in support when needed, and often claim valuable crossfire bonuses.

Support Weapon Platform

Eldar Support Weapon Platforms can be added to a Guardian formation to give it some decent mid-range anti-armour capability. A popular use for these is to put them on overwatch near an important objective.

Striking Scorpions

Striking Scorpions are heavily armoured close combat troops who can take on foes numbering more than their own. They are durable enough to stand a good chance of surviving and assault, and are perceived to be better value than the lightly armoured Howling Banshees.

Spiritseer

A Spirit Seer leads Wraithguard units into battle. They provide initiative bonuses to their formation, as well as providing powerful close combat attacks.

Rangers

Eldar Rangers are perfect for slowing an enemy advance or protecting a more valuable friendly unit. They are cheap and can often tie up enemy units worth many times the Rangers cost.

Pathfinders

Pathfinders more powerful Eldar Rangers, deployed by the Alaitoc Craftworld.

Mounted Farseer

Saim-Hann Eldar Farseers ride into battle on Jetbikes, which only makes them more versatile on the battlefield.
