3mm Playtest Armies

I needed a few quick armies to playtest some rules I’m developing, so it seemed like a good opportunity to get into 3mm miniatures and put together a ‘travel’ edition. These tiny examples from Vanguard Miniatures are amazingly detailed for the size, and a real joy to paint. Best of all, I can finish a formation in an evening – something I haven’t done for a very long time! I’ll add to the yellow and grey teams over time, but I already have more than enough for three armies here.
